A native of San Antonio, Texas, and proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Bearss served as an Air Battle Manager in the Air Force while simultaneously earning his MBA from American Military University. His military service took him to numerous countries, where he immersed himself in local cultures and developed a nuanced understanding of diverse societies, their governance systems, and historical contexts.
